माघ पूर्णिमा को माघ पूर्णिमा के नाम से भी जाना जाता है, जिसे माघ के हिंदू कैलेंडर महीने के दौरान होने वाली पूर्णिमा के दिन के रूप में जाना जाता है। यह दिन जनवरी या फरवरी के ग्रेगोरियन कैलेंडर महीने के दौरान आता है। इस अवधि के दौरान, हर बारह साल में शुभ कुंभ मेला आयोजित किया जाता है। प्रयाग या इलाहाबाद में त्रिवेणी संगम में होने वाला प्रसिद्ध कुंभ मेला और माघ मेला भी माघ महीने के दौरान पड़ता है।

Magh Purnima 2022: हिंदू धर्म में पूर्णिमा का विशेष महत्व है. हर माह में पड़ने वाली पूर्णिमा (Purnima 2022) का अलग महत्व होता है. खासतौर से कार्तिक और माघ मास की पूर्णिमा (Kartik Month And Magh Month 2022) अहम होती है. पूर्णिमा तिथि को पवित्र नदियों में स्नान किया जाता है. लेकिन माघ माह में पड़ने वाली पूर्णिमा के दिन शाही स्नान किया जाता है. इसके लिए नियमित अंतराल पर एक महीने तक चलने वाले कुंभ मेले (Kumbh Mela) का आयोजन किया जाता है. माघ माह में पड़ने वाले पर्व जैसे मकर संक्रांति, मौनी अमावस्या, बसंत पंचमी आदि पर गंगा तट पर आस्था की डुबकी लगाई जाती है. आइए जानते हैं माघ पूर्णिमा की तिथि और पूजा विधि के बारे में.
माघी पूर्णिमा पूजा विधि (Maghi Purnima Puja Vidhi 2022)
इस दिन ब्रह्म मुहूर्त में उटा जाता है. घर की साफ-सफाई करें. गंगा नदी या पवित्र नदियों में स्नान संभव न हो तो घर पर ही गंगाजल युक्त पानी से स्नान करें और भगवान का ध्यान कर सर्वप्रथम भगवान भास्कर को ॐ नमो नारायणाय मंत्र का जाप करते हुए अर्घ्य दें. इसके बाद तिलांजलि दी जाती है. तिलांजलि देने के लिए सूर्य के सन्मुख खड़े हो जाएं और जल में तिल डालकर उसका तर्पण करें. इसके बाद ठाकुर और नारायण जी की पूजा करें. भोग में चरणामृत, पान, तिल, मोली, रोली, कुमकुम, फल, फूल, पंचगव्य, सुपारी, दूर्वा आदि चीजें अर्पित करें. आखिर में आरती-प्रार्थना करें और पूजा के बाद गरीबों और जरूरतमंदों को दान दें.
